Mitch Desser - Mitch graduated from Cal State University and then ITT Technical Institute. After his education, he was employed as an electronic engineer at Hughes Aircraft on the space shuttle project. Mitch began cabling in 1984 and is trained and certified by the following manufacturers; Krone/ADC, Leviton, Ortronics, AMP and Panduit. Mitch's experience in cabling design and build includes multi story high rise, campus copper, fiber optic backbone and horizontal infrastructure. He is a member of BICSI and is active in various professional groups such as The Executives, CIO Networking Group, World Gaming Executives and ExecuNet.

Len Guida - Leaving the East Coast with a Master's Degree in Education, Len begin a career in sales and management in California. Prior to joining Prime Net as Principal and General Manger in 1997, Len was the West Coast Regional Business Manager for a national software company. Under Len's leadership, Prime Net has expanded its services to include a full range of telecommunication products and he has successfully developed national accounts from the retail to the commercial sector.
